What is the battery life of the Duo speaker?
- The Duo speaker will last for 6-10 hours on a single full charge, depending on volume level and how many time you request a distance from the audio caddie.
How far away can my phone be from the Duo speaker before disconnecting?
- Your Duo speaker should have a strong connection of at least 25-50 yards depending on the environment, or if obstacles are between your phone and the Duo.
How do I change the grill on my Duo?
- Press your thumbs into the bottom edge of the Duo grill until the top of it pops up. Then, slide the grill up and remove it from the speaker. To add a new grill simply place it on the front of the speaker so that the magnets are lined up and snap into place.
Is the Duo water resistant?
- Your Duo smart speaker is water-resistant but not waterproof. You should not allow your Duo to be submerged in water, but it will continue to work in a light rain.
Is my course included in the Precision Pro App?
To see if your course is included, download the Precision Pro Golf app and search for your course. The Precision Pro App comes pre-loaded with over 37,000 courses with more being added regularly. Want to add a course? Simply let us know and we'll get it added for you. Please note adding courses can take 2-3 weeks after the request is received.
What type of charging cable does the Duo speaker use?
- The Duo uses a USB-C cable. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included with your Duo.
What is the product warranty?
- The Duo comes with a 1 year warranty.

The magnet on the range finder does not work. It fell off my cart while I was on the green and banged it up. They say it’s durable but it’s not and I get that products may sometimes be defective and not always work, but I reached out to customer service and it’s been days since they responded to my first one and the second time I tried reaching out and still no response.

Got this lil’ guy for the size since I still carry in my 9 hole league and I wanted tunes and audible yardage. Good sound… not as deep/loud as wingman but that is to be expected. The yardage however, whether slope enabled or not seems off compared with my Voice Caddie VC4 and my Arccos. I still need more comparisons. If you want light weight and just sound - there are many less expensive and sound great. I also got the USA grill which look’s awesome with my all white Vessel bag!

I just recently purchased the DUO speaker to go along with my Precision Pro Titan range finder. I used the DUO speaker on a recent trip to Montana. The speaker is compact and delivers excellent sound. The only issue is the magnet. I placed the speaker at the top of the cart and there were a couple of times the speaker slid and turned sideways during the round. However, that does take away from the quality and sound. I simply paid closer attention to the speaker during the round and avoided the rough spots. Another excellent product from Precision Pro Golf.

I love the speaker but having issues with the adjusted yardage. You would think an uphill shot would require more yardage but for some reason it takes away yardage. I have it set for slope but it’s just not reading correctly for slope. Please see picture below - uphill shot and it took yardage away from the shot. Pam Russell

Pros: like the magnetic attachement, speaker sound is good.
Cons: A fully charged battery does not remain so, for more 1-2 weeks. Unique flashing-light battery charge-indication system is not intuitive.

I purchased 8 of the duo golf speakers for swag bags for our annual golf trip. What a great gift, all the guys loved them. Speaker is high quality, great sound, magnet is strong and sticks to the cart even when your golf buddy driving like a toddler. GPS is accurate and convenient at the touch of a button. The only down side is that you have to refresh the app on your smartphone from time to time during your round to make sure you're on the correct hole. All in all, great product, highly recommend.

I split my rounds pretty evenly between walking and riding, so it's great to have the versatility and ease of going from clipped on the bag, to stuck on the cart via magnet. The golf functions are nice to have, but I also have the Precision Pro NX10 rangefinder, so sometimes I just use it as a speaker and stick to the rangefinder for yardages. The interchangeable grills concept is a really cool idea. I am hoping that they will eventually offer some of the designs they have for the NX10 in addition to the colors. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it could be a little louder. The volume is loud enough to get the job done, especially out on the course, but I also use it off the course and wish it was just a little bit louder at times. Overall, a great companion to help you have a good time on the course!

I bought the Duo planning on just using it for rounds with a cart, but it turns out this works great for walking as well! It’s super simple to clip to my bag and acts just like a personal caddy with the gps distance readouts from the app. The size makes this so easy to take anywhere with me. It’s perfect for just using around the house, and I even take it to pickleball with my friends! The custom grills are an interesting feature as well, I’m just hoping there are plans to add some designs so that I match the grill with some of my favorite NX10 plates (USA Colorblock and Floral designs).

Only had the DUO for a week but so far it's great. Love the size and how it's easy to go from walking to riding with the magnet feature. Sound is good and while I don't always use the GPS distances they come in handy from time to time.
