WARRANTY

Precision Pro Golf products include a warranty from the date of purchase based on the product you purchased.

Three Year Warranty – Titan Elite, NX10 Slope, NX10 Non-Slope Rangefinders
Two Year Warranty – NX9 Slope, NX7 Pro Slope
One Year Warranty – DUO Golf Speaker, ACE Golf Speaker

This warranty covers operational defects. Damage sustained from usage is not covered under the warranty. If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please email help@precisionprogolf.com

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. Please be sure to register your product upon receiving it.

TRADE-IN PROGRAM

To thank you for your patronage, we offer a 30% trade-in allowance when you trade in your old Precision Pro Golf product for a new one. We are always improving and periodically we release new products, so this is our way to keep you in the Precision Pro family while also making sure that you have the best technology with you out on the golf course.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If customers are not satisfied with their order within the first 90 days of receiving their product, they ca simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.
In order to process a return customers will need to provide an order number & customer name.

US & Canada PPG Website Customer Returns:

  • US Customers who have purchased from our website can return or exchange products free of charge, without paying for shipping by utilizing our Loop Returns portal here: https://precision-pro.loopreturns.com/#/


US & Canada Amazon Customer Returns

  • Amazon Customers may return their product to Amazon within the first 30 days of purchase, if past the 30 days they will need to contact help@precisionprogolf.com to set up a return or exchange.


International Customers:

  • Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, custom fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.
  • International Customers should contact help@precisionprogolf.com in order to open a return or exchange.

We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number when they return the product. Refunds are usually processed within two business days of receiving their return.

If you received the item as a gift, please include any information they have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure they are taken care of.


RETURNS & DOMESTICS SHIPPING

We ship via USPS to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 4-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, outside the United States we only ship to Canada. Shipments to Canada are via Canada Post and typically takes 4-7 business days. Other countries may be offered in the future.

PRICE & BILLING

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order.
